PFClean Preferences

The preferences dialogue box allows you to change certain aspects of the application's behaviour. Click on the Preferences button:

in the upper left-hand corner of the GUI to open the preferences window.

System and User preferences

There are two distinct types of preferences in PFClean, System preferences and User preferences.

System preferences are related to aspects of the machine being used to run PFClean.

User preferences are personal choices related to display and interaction.

Preferences are stored as XML files in the preferences/ directory.
